The Village Kitchen has a food safety system based on HACCP principles ( Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point ), and Good Manufacturing Practices, ( G.M.P.), for all support programmes. The system is third party audited by International Certifications their registration number being C37014.


The Village Kitchen will continue to invest heavily in new and improved equipment in future years, to enable us to grow our business without compromising food safety and / or quality.
